Francesca Badea

Hope-Dragon belongs to a series of works I've done inspired by Leonardo da Vinci. I wanted to express joy and determination. I was trying to understand what lies beneath Leonardo's works, something spiritual and mystic.

Francesca Badea was born in Câmpulung Muscel in 1994. In 2016 she graduated from the National University of Arts Bucharest, Painting Department. In 2015 she enrolled in the Erasmus program at Ege University in Izmir, Turkey. She currently lives and works in Bucharest, Romania.
