Madeleine’s recent work has been based on the intersectionality of food, personified animals, and the uncanny. As a painter and printmaker, she continually explores mixed media and the usage of real food objects within her work. She combines varying processes – such as printmaking and painting – whenever possible, and often uses her paintings as sketches and starting points for her prints and vice versa.

Madeleine is a junior at the University of Massachusetts–Amherst currently studying studio art and sustainable food and farming.
